Job Description
Act as the regional subject matter expert for all Compensation initiatives across APAC.
Partner with local HR teams and business leaders to localize and implement compensation and benefits programs that are both globally aligned and locally relevant.
Provide Compensation & Benefits guidance for both head office and front-line populations across multiple countries.
Collaborate with global Total Rewards and HR leadership to ensure consistency in compensation philosophy and benefits design.
Conduct regular compensation benchmarking for office and front-of-house roles across APAC markets using salary surveys and market data.
Design and maintain regional salary structures, pay ranges, and incentive plans tailored to varying labor markets and job families.
