Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on Level 2/3 production support for CBDDT applications.
- Drive incident resolution, troubleshooting, and problem management in a high‑paced environment.
- Work closely with Change The Bank (CTB) teams to ensure a smooth transition of new features into production.
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execution, keeping internal risk systems up to date.
- Implement and maintain VPN setups, security systems, and certificate management for secure access.
- Monitor security system controls to align them with compliance standards.
- Ensure smooth APC start of week.
Technical Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Act as a lead for Malaysia CBDDT support teams, working closely with cross‑functional teams to improve system reliability.
