Apartment Housekeeper

Our company is looking for a Apartment Housekeeper to be part of a growing team of employees.



Responsibilities:

Ability to physically manage lifting 25-30 lbs;

Clean leasing office and common areas;

Clean recently vacated units;

Clean corporate apartments and suites, including linens;

Assist with laundry;

Stock, package, receive and refurbish housewares and linens;

Maintain inventory for stock and be accountable for distribution of inventory;

Drive safely throughout the city to various apartment communities;

Organize and inventory cleaning supplies.



Requirements:

Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed;

Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability;

Maintain a friendly and customer service oriented approach to co-workers and customers;

Have dependable transportation to and from work.
