Apartment Maintenance & Cleaning Technician

A local Inn in Ilocos Norte is seeking an Apartment Helper to support the property management team by assisting with cleaning and maintaining apartment units and common areas. The ideal candidate will have cleaning experience and be able to perform physically demanding tasks. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
