Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
PO Creation Process (AMD reservations)
- Verify completeness of PO documentation and work with PO requestors and/or customers/vendors on any missing supporting document.
- Submit PO requests on behalf of sales/marketing team.
- Act as primary point of contact for all reservation issues and requests from reservation and compliance team.
- Resolve reservation issues or requests directly with customers or by liaising with internal and external requestors.
- Communicate approved reservation IDs to sales and marketing teams and generate Program Documents to deliver to partners.
Claiming Process
- Act as primary point of contact for all claiming issues and requests from AMD's worldwide Claiming and Compliance Team.
