Job Summary
Responsible for the management of reporting APPs and APP supervisors including all activities related to direct and facilitated patient care, service line development, quality improvement goals strategic planning and protocol or policy enforcement, including APP clinical work product at top of scope or adherence to the Hospital Playbook. Assesses maximal effectiveness and efficiency of staffing plan including experience, skill mix, and the development of staffing systems which respond effectively and quickly to changing patient volumes, acuity and service demands. Mentors and coaches and completes APPs administrative duties such as hiring, onboarding process, orientation process development and implementation performance evaluations, OPPE/FPPE, etc. Represents APPs to outside review services such as Jo...
