About the role
Before a user ever touches our product, they've already made a judgment — based on what they see in the app store. That first impression determines whether they download, and whether they trust. As our global user base continues to grow, we need someone to own that moment systematically: improving how we rank, how we convert, and how we're perceived across every major market.
This isn't a maintenance role. You'll be designing and building the infrastructure for a scalable, multi-market app store operation — connecting keyword strategy, creative performance, user sentiment, and cross-functional execution into a single cohesive system.
What you'll do
- Take full ownership of ASO across iOS App Store and Google Play — covering keyword strategy, metadata optimisation (titles, subtitles, descriptions), and sustained organic install growth
