In this role, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair essential residential appliances and mechanical systems across our rental and managed property portfolios.

The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy troubleshooter who values efficiency, professional communication, and high-quality workmanship in occupied spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair major residential appliances, including electric ranges, ovens, dishwashers, and refrigerators (with heavy emphasis on Frigidaire and Kenmore models).
  • Climate & Heating Maintenance:
