Role Summary: Appliance Technician – All Regions. Responsible for delivering exceptional consumer experience in customer homes, performing technical diagnosis, repair, and installation of all kitchen and laundry appliances including washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, ovens, refrigerators, freezers, and microwave ovens.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose concerns by interpreting the customer’s observations and determining proper solutions or repairs, accessing manufacturer service manuals and bulletins, and using specialized tools and testing devices to locate the issue(s).
- Maintain appliances by disassembling, cleaning internal parts, replacing faulty or worn parts, reassembling, and testing.
- Ensure any installations that require connections to water, electrical, or gas lines are completed correctly and in accordance with the product’s installation instructions.
