Purpose Statement
Business Analysts provide Customer Service Excellence by helping customers implement technology solutions in a cost‑effective way, determining the requirements of a project or program, communicating them clearly to stakeholders and solutions development, and helping end users test and deploy the solutions.
Key Job Accountabilities
Work with business partners to elicit high‑level requirements and business needs, followed by articulating those into documented business requirements and demands. Assist with prioritization exercises by providing cost and effort estimation/analysis. Manage the priority of demands to map them appropriately into a process‑focused functionality roadmap. Contribute as a global team member as part of the overall application delivery process.
