Responsibilities
- Daily support of business application system / CRM application.
- Liaising & interact with business users & vendor closely regarding application support.
- Able to make a presentation and convey system solutions to team and development team.
- Requirement gathering, conducting requirements analysis and preparing proposals (technical specification).
- Application testing and development. Conduct testing together with business users.
- Application implementation and providing training to user.
- Bachelor’s degree with coursework in information systems or computer science preferred; or equivalent experience.
- At least two (2) years’ experience working with administrative business application systems.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Attention to details.
