Job Description
Hands‑on developer supporting the DPA COE across all team applications – Pega Common Layer operations, the FLAC license management platform, the RAG knowledge platform, and the Pega Deployment Manager. This role bridges Pega platform operations with modern full‑stack development. You will be expected to learn and adopt AI‑assisted development tools and practices as the team automates its manual operational work.
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day Common Layer operations: code merges, skimming, and baseline activities across application teams
- Develop and maintain features across all COE applications: FLAC – license forecasting and cost management platform (FastAPI + React + PostgreSQL); RAG Platform – enterprise AI knowledge system (FastAPI + React + LangChain + Azure AI Search); Pega Deployment Manager – automated deployment workflows (Python + GitHub integration)
