Role Overview
The Application Engineer – Pre-Order LVS provides Level 3 (advanced) system‑level technical support to commercial organizations for low‑voltage systems, with a particular focus on low‑voltage system assemblies (IEC 61439) or similar, within industrial and data center segments.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the electro‑technical systems specialist, building low‑voltage system application expertise to support the achievement of segment strategic plans
- Provide Level 3 (advanced) technical support to commercial organizations on low‑voltage systems across designated segments
- Liaise with product line management, product application experts, and R&D on codes and standards, providing documented responses to commercial organizations
- Collaborate with commercial teams to prepare responses to RFQs, offering expertise beyond their capabilities in design, quote optimisation, and de‑risking activities
