Job Description
Responsibilities
- To perform system debugging and testing for the machines
- To perform hardware and wiring installation for the machines
- Assemble machine modules into a complete machine
- Install hardware, wiring, sensors, motors, controllers, etc.
- Installed Products Related Part (PR)/Tool & ATO into System
- Carrying out machine demos and application sample built
- Power up the machine & test every function
- Travel to customer sites & install and commission the machine
- Perform final acceptance testing
- Diagnose machine problems & solve technical issues
- Visit customer sites if necessary and recommend solutions & troubleshoot remotely via phone or online
- Improve testing methods and apply improvement opportunities
- To liaison with oversea teams
