We are currently looking for an Applications Engineer who will be based out of New Taipei City office to provide Technical Support of our Test and Measurement products (oscilloscopes and arbitrary waveform generators) to our customers and sales team. You will collaborate with Product Management, Customer Service and our Repair Service Team functioning as a key liaison between these departments, sales team and customers.
Provide technical support via telephone, e-mail, customer visit, trade show, or training courses. Understand and be able to discuss Teledyne LeCroy product specifications.Work with customers and/or sales engineers in specifying the appropriate product and measurement technique.Work hands on with electronics applications with an emphasis on measurementsIdentify and highlight common technical problems.
