Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance and management of the company's business systems, such as workflow, accounts, permissions, etc.
- Handle business system issues in a timely manner and ensure the achievement of SLAs.
- Deep understand the workflow and business needs within the company departments and identify key needs and critical points.
- Evaluate to ensure business solutions meet key business objectives and needs.
- Deliver and continuously optimize workflows based on business systems.
- Work closely with the team and conduct UAT tests on deliverables.
- Perform user training and establishment of relevant documents.
Qualifications:
- At least two (2) years of experience in enterprise collaboration system management and maintenance, familiar with Larksuite is preferred.
