Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operation of an IT service in accordance with predefined service level agreements. This encompasses the thorough understanding and meticulous tracking of all service dependencies and proactive lifecycle management.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Part of the 3rd level support for a Datalake house (platform operations)
- Member of an Agile program to support change initiatives
- Support Operations, Support, Maintenance, and overarching Service Lifecycle
- Collaborating closely with 1st, 2nd level, DevOps team, and external service providers
