Job Description
Act as an in-house consultant for IT Payroll application Thailand.
Your Role
- Understand business needs and translate them into functional design proposals (i.e. solution architecture) in Payroll.
- Identify, prioritize, and manage functional/non-functional requirements with stakeholders.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of the Application from planning to shutdown, aligned with IT Roadmap, while driving innovation, researching new products, and considering dependencies, e.g., infrastructure, technologies, other Applications.
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance related corporate rules, guidelines and best practices, as well as regulatory requirements (e.g. Cyber Security assessments).
- Ensure appropriate deployment, operation and maintenance according to our IT Service Management processes (e.g. setup of 1st/2nd/3rd Level Support, monitoring, resilience, backup).
