At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Application Production Support to join a leading company in the banking sector. You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical banking systems.

- Production support for core banking applications / Application maintenance (corrective and evolutive).
- Deployments and testing for new projects.
- Obsolescence management and patching activities.
- Handling user requests and internal client support.
- Supporting both On-Premises solutions and third-party SaaS solutions.
- Answering product-related queries, including: Product usage and design, Configuration, Software updates, Third-party integrations
- Managing tickets via ServiceNow and JIRA....
