Responsibilities

  • Production support for core banking applications / Application maintenance (corrective and evolutive).
  • Deployments and testing for new projects.
  • Obsolescence management and patching activities.
  • Handling user requests and internal client support.
  • Supporting both On-Premises solutions and third‑party SaaS solutions.
  • Answering product‑related queries, including product usage and design, configuration, software updates, third‑party integrations.
  • Managing tickets via ServiceNow and JIRA.
  • Working under ITIL methodology and ensuring SLA compliance.
