Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of business systems, ensuring service stability and optimal performance across the operational environment.
- Provide oversight of vendor-led incident and problem management, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with service expectations, including validating root cause analyses and resolution proposals from vendors.
- Coordinate releases and deployments with technical teams and vendors, managing delivery dependencies, timelines, and environment management in collaboration with application and infrastructure vendors.
