Application Specialist (Nintex + Deploying workflow & Automation Solutions)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide development, configuration, and administrative support for enterprise applications and systems.
- Manage user support requests, perform Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting, diagnose system-related issues, and coordinate with external vendors for resolution when required.
- Conduct testing for pre-release applications, including related software enhancements and tools.
- Support system implementation projects and provide post-implementation maintenance and support.
