Responsibilities: Complete assignments specific to the maintenance and support of our Atlassian enterprise applications. Monitor the internal ticketing system for incoming change requests to configuration elements within our Atlassian suite and complete tickets within specified SLAs. Create and update projects, workflows, custom fields, spaces, user permissions, and other configuration elements based on the needs of the teams.
