<p>Qualifications</p> <p>Must Have Skills / Project Experience / Certifications</p> <p> 3 10 years of hands-on experience in Life Sciences spanning development, implementation, and/or managed services/AMS functions</p> <p> Familiarity with GxP and applicable compliance validation concepts including IQ/OQ/PQ, computerised system validation (CSV), and related documentation standards.</p> <p> Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management following ITSM/ITIL frameworks.</p> <p> Proficiency with ServiceNow and JIRA for ticket management, SLA tracking, and Agile project delivery.</p> <p> Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with onsite/offshore cross-functional teams.</p> <p> Hands-on experience with IRMS (Anju Software) including SFTP configuration and MuleSoft integration development.</p> <p> P...
