Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across Java and .NET-based systems
- Monitor application performance and ensure system stability and availability
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and enhancements
- Support deployment activities and environment management
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
- Document issues, solutions, and best practices in knowledge repositories
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide support and guidance to stakeholders and internal teams
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Java
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET Framework
