Hiring Alert | Application Support Engineer – L2 (Qlik / Informatica / MuleSoft)
Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer – L2 to support enterprise analytics, ETL, and integration platforms for a leading client environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L2 support for Qlik, Informatica, and MuleSoft platforms
• Monitor ETL jobs, APIs, dashboards, and scheduled workflows
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues within SLA timelines
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents
• Support Qlik reload tasks, Informatica workflows, and MuleSoft integrations
