Job Description
Location: Changi Business Park
Requirements- 4–6 years of experience in Java application support.
- Provide Level 2 support for Java-based applications across production and non-production environments.
- Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Ability to understand, analyze, and troubleshoot existing application code.
- Experience working in a production support environment is preferred.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed SLAs.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting purposes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex issues and ensure application stability.
