Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to support and maintain insurance CRM applications , with a strong emphasis on SQL Server, database operations, and data analysis . This role plays a critical part in ensuring application stability, data integrity, and timely issue resolution for business users across operations, sales, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 2 / Level 3 application support for insurance CRM systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Support and troubleshoot SQL Server databases , including data issues, performance bottlenecks, and system errors.
- Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and reports .
