Position: Production Support Specialist – Application Support Specialist (L1 & L2 – Java SaaS)
Location: Remote (Colombia, Chile, Trinidad and Tobago, Mexico). Employees in Trinidad and Tobago operate a hybrid model.

- Provide client‑facing application production support and incident resolution for multiple insurance product lines.
- Ensure application performance, stability, and optimal functionality across the system landscape.
- Perform software deployment, configuration, and system monitoring tasks.
- Handle high‑severity tickets and act as escalation point, delivering timely and professional responses.
