Application Support Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Eco Services
Role Snapshot:
Salary: to £45,000 per annum + Benefits + Employee Development Program
Hybrid Model: 2 days remote / 3 days onsite - Travel: Occasional travel to other UK sites may be required
Role Overview:
The Applications Support Analyst plays a key role in the effective operation of core business systems. The position provides 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Applications Support, working closely with internal users and third-party suppliers, and contribute to the improvement, optimisation, and adoption of Microsoft business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st, 2nd & 3rd Line Applications Support across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft 365.
Support Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power BI, and related integrations.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs.
