Applied AI Engineer
This is a hands‑on, embedded engineering role that requires working directly with founders and stakeholders to quickly ship AI solutions to our internal and customer-facing products. You will act as part engineer, part solutions architect, and part builder‑who‑talks‑to‑humans, prioritizing functional delivery over perfection.
Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to flagship initiatives: agentic orchestration, conversational AI with customer profiles, and signal‑based personalized marketing.
- Build and extend internal AI agents that plan, build, and review work using Claude Code, ensuring quality gates remain sharp.
- Develop AI chat and voice experiences that personalize conversations based on customer data and behavioral signals.
- Transform customer signals into sector‑specific marketing segments, scoring, and messaging integrated with existing marketing stacks.
