We are seeking an experienced Applied UX Researcher to join our team in San Francisco, CA, working in a hybrid onsite model. In this role, you will lead end-to-end qualitative research initiatives that shape product strategy and design decisions across a diverse portfolio of BC and BB (advertiser-focused) products. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Design, and Engineering—to uncover actionable insights, identify user needs and pain points, and drive user-centric decision-making.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep expertise in qualitative methods such as usability studies, diary studies, and concept testing, as well as strong analytical and storytelling skills to communicate insights effectively.
