Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• 8 years of experience in architecture, urban design, or built environment planning
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
• Excellent skills in hand sketching, graphic presentation, and design conceptualization
• Experience with Revit/Navisworks is desirable
• Strong project management and team leadership experience
• Knowledge of environmental, economic, and psychological aspects of spatial design

Experience: 6–8 years in design, planning, or architecture, preferably in large-scale master planning environments
