Responsibilities
- Develop and review lifting plans in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Select appropriate lifting equipment rigging gear and cranes for various operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe of lifting activities.
- Provide technical guidance to rigging and crane operators .
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (LOLER BS ASME ADNOC Aramco etc..)
- Coordinate with site engineers HSE teams and project managers .
- Perform inspections and audits of lifting equipment.
- Train and mentor teams on lifting safety procedures .
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering .
- Certification in LOLER LEEA or equivalent lifting standards .
- Experience in heavy lifting operations in oil & gas projects .
