Summary About the Position: This position is with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Ft Worth District with a duty station of Ft. Worth, TX Position may be filled as a time-limited promotion, reassignment or change to lower grade not to exceed (NTE) 12 months by a current permanent Army employee. Time-limited promotions may be extended up to a maximum of five years. See Additional Information below for details. Responsibilities Acts as an advisor to Branch Chief in the formulation and development of administrative policies and procedures concerning appraisal activities. Coordinates with other branches and/or agencies in establishing priorities for work accomplishment. Maintains policy regulations and procedural and functional changes; prepares and imparts to appraisal staff interpretative instructions for compliance.
