We are seeking an experienced Appraisal Desk Specialist to support U.S. mortgage brokers and non-delegated lenders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience reviewing residential appraisal reports, identifying valuation concerns, ensuring compliance with agency and lender guidelines, and coordinating appraisal-related conditions.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of residential property valuation and mortgage underwriting requirements.
