Role Timeline
Year 1 Apprentices
Your first year will focus on foundational learning and developing core engineering skills, both in college and on-site.
Years 2–4 Apprentices
As you gain experience and qualifications, you will take on increasing levels of responsibility and independence.
Your Key Responsibilities (Year 1)
Typical activities include attending college according to the programme schedule (1–5 days per week, depending on day release, block release, or full‑time model), and attending the site during college holidays unless pre‑arranged leave is approved by your manager.
