Key responsibilities
- Act as the person to go-to for an excellent service to our internal customers
- Check and follow-up data appropriately ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability in all systems used.
- Provide timely response to stakeholders and establish appropriate working relationships with them.
- Ensure that developed processes are followed successfully and enforce business and operational rules by providing adequate support. Ensure all communications are managed via used tools or specific escalation channels.
