Job Responsibilities:
1) Handle Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) activities.
2) Verify PR details and coordinate with users for clarification, if required.
3) Create and process Purchase Orders in the system within defined TAT.
4) Follow up with vendors for quotation, order confirmation, and delivery status.
5) Maintain procurement MIS and related documentation.
