Salary: Up to £33,725.56. Hours: 37 per week. Contract type: Permanent. Site: Accrington & Rossendale College. Closing date: Midnight, Wednesday 3rd June 2026. Interview date: Thursday 11th June 2026.
Overview
This is a key operational role supporting the successful onboarding, enrolment and participation of apprentices across a wide range of apprenticeship programmes. The role combines apprenticeship compliance, learner onboarding and learner participation activity to ensure apprentices are fully prepared to begin and engage successfully with their programme. You will work closely with employers, Programme Leaders, coaches and support teams to ensure learners are enrolled accurately, funding requirements are met, learner starting points are correctly identified and apprentices transition smoothly into programme delivery.
