**Summary:**
+ Extend the services of physicians by providing assessment and management in the critical care specialty area. Assist in bedside surgical procedures. Patients are typically intubated on ventilators and/or have hemodynamic instability.
+ Medical Specialties include but are not limited to primary and secondary care areas cardiology, neurology, oncology, pain management, nephrology, etc.
