HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced Workforce Planner (APS6 or EL1 equivalent) to support a high-profile federal government client located in either CANBERRA ACT or PENRITH / SYDNEY NSW.

About the Role
As a Workforce Planner, you will play a key role in shaping workforce strategy and enabling future capability through data-driven insights and planning.
- Deliver strategic workforce planning activities including demand and supply analysis
