+ **Employees working Shift 4 start their shift at 6:00 PM and finish at 6:18 AM**
+ **Alternating Work Weeks: Alternating 3-Day Work Week (Sun, Mon, Tues) and 4-Day Work Week (Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues).**
