We are seeking a motivated AR and Collection Intern to support our Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collection team. In this role, you will assist with managing customer accounts, handling collections, and supporting various AR functions. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in AR and collections within a dynamic and growing company.
As an AR and Collection Intern you will:
- Assist with customer inquiries and issues through professional and timely email and phone communication.
- Manage a list of outstanding customer accounts and follow up on overdue balances.
- Ensure accuracy of customer account balances by issuing and reviewing customer statements.
