- Review B2C dashboards, aging buckets, overdue status, and process performance
- Validate the completeness and quality of Level1 collection actions performed by the external partner and coordinate Level2 collection activities when required
- Ensure internal stakeholders act on their items (approvals, clarifications, issue checks) in a timely manner
- Ensure correct customer Master Data
- Ensure information requests, dispute clarifications, and invoice checks addressed correctly and addressed promptly
- Daily bank reconciliations and ensure received or paid amounts correctly posted
