Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Management or related field from reputable university
- Min. 2 years' experience in Credit Analyst or AR Analyst roles, preferably in heavy equipment or machinery financing company.
- Strong analytical skills & attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Proficient in English (spoken & written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiar with financial statements is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and conduct field visits when necessary.
Job Description
- Monitor & evaluate customer-handling processes.
- Analyze credit and AR data to identify risks improvements.
- Conduct branch visits, project visits,and project assessments.
- Coordinate with teams to enhance service quality.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.
