Duties & Responsibilities:

- Corresponds with customers and business partners by researching and responding to inquiries and disputes
- Research and resolve aged open payments and credit/debit memos on customer accounts using a variety of reports, documents and on-line data systems
- Provide concise and appropriate explanations on open payments
- Posting daily invoices accurately to customer accounts based on remittance details
- Assist in the month-end close process by ensuring all processing is completed within the allotted time frame
- Complete special projects and ad hoc reporting including but not limited to audits, internal and external financial reports as needed
- Provide support for GL department as needed
