We're looking for B2B support professionals to join a team supporting advertisers on social media advertising products.
What you'll do:
- Handle end-to-end troubleshooting and customer support for advertising products via email and chat
- Collaborate with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve technical and product queries
- Drive customer satisfaction and ensure service quality throughout the full case journey
- Partner with technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives from day one
