    • About the Role
    Our client is a well-established custom home builder with a strong reputation across Sydney Metro, South Coast, Central Coast and the Hunter regions. With a growing pipeline of over 150 homes currently underway, they are seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join their collaborative pre-construction team.


    In this role, you will be responsible for producing detailed construction drawings and documentation for a diverse range of projects, including bespoke custom homes, knockdown rebuilds, dual occupancies, and house & land packages. You'll work closely with designers, estimators, and the construction team to ensure all plans are accurate, compliant, and ready for approvals and build commencement.
