- Design & Planning: Create and develop architectural designs, blueprints, and plans for buildings and structures, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on design options, materials, and costs.
- Project Management: Oversee the construction process, ensuring designs are followed, timelines are met, and quality standards are maintained.
- Compliance & Permits: Ensure designs meet local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in architectural design, project management, and construction oversight.
